My name is Madeline Grosh, and I am a photojournalism major at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. I was born and raised here, but I have also lived in Vermont, and spent quite some time in the states between.
I absolutely love tacos of all types, and my best friend is my St. Bernard - Border Collie mix, Dillinger. I tend to live in airports for half the year, I hate wearing shoes outside and I believe the sights and smell of a winter snowfall should become a candle.
I aspire to initiate conversation and defeat the stigma surrounding folks facing adversity. The stories I’m working to tell are those of overcoming such adversities, and I believe these people are the heroes society should look up to.
Currently living and working in Indiana, my goal is to work hand-in-hand with a children’s hospital to best detail these beautiful lives. When I’m not behind the camera, I’m eating at Tacos 46, going on runs or enjoying an ice cold beer by a lake.
Anyways, thanks for checking out my work! Love it or hate it, let me know your thoughts, and I'll catch you on the flip.
